Consulting with children and young people

These guidelines have been designed to help develop effective and sustainable ways of consulting with children and young people, to ensure that our venues are meeting the needs of younger audiences. They address issues including the principles that underpin consultation, the benefits of consultation and the barriers to consultation. They also offer a host of practical ideas for consultation.

Making your arts venue user-friendly for families with children and young people with disabilities

These guidelines look at issues around making your venue user-friendly for families with children and young people with disabilities. They will help you think about the philosophy of your venue, the support that your staff require and the way that you programme. They also offer many practical ideas for overcoming barriers to inclusion.
